Account Information and Order Records
Registration information. No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. An email address is optional. Do not submit identity information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets. Account information is used for authentication, access management and account maintenance. Do not send your password through a support ticket.
Transaction and support information. VPNWorth processes plan selections, order amounts, payment status, transaction identifiers and support records to activate subscriptions, verify payments, handle refunds and resolve order disputes. Information and attachments submitted in a support ticket are used to investigate the issue described. Before sending screenshots, conceal sensitive information such as passwords, subscription links and payment account details.
No-Logs Policy and Usage Accounting
Browsing activity. VPNWorth does not record which websites users access through subscription services. It does not store browsing history, destination addresses, DNS queries or transmitted content, or create individual browsing profiles.
Connection logs. Subscription services do not persist connection session logs that can be linked to an individual, including records associating source IP addresses, destination IP addresses and connection times. Temporary operating data needed to maintain an active connection is released when the session ends and is not stored as a historical connection record.
Traffic accounting. To calculate the remaining plan allowance, the account retains cumulative usage and quota status. These billing records do not include websites or content accessed and are not used to reconstruct browsing activity. Website page analytics are handled separately from connection activity on the subscription network.
Access Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics. Website analytics process information such as page visits, referral sources, browser types and button clicks to understand how pages are used, identify errors and improve workflows. They do not read browsing activity on the subscription network. Do not place passwords or subscription addresses in page URL parameters.
Cookies and local storage. Essential browser storage is used to maintain login sessions and save language selections and interface preferences. The user panel stores authentication credentials locally to verify account access in subsequent requests. Avoid keeping a login session on shared devices.
You can clear relevant storage by logging out and using your browser settings, or restrict cookies. After clearing or restricting storage, you may need to log in again or reselect your preferences. Clearing browser data does not delete account and order records stored on the server.
Third-Party Payments and Required Disclosures
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party provider or network, and its privacy notice governs the data it collects and how it is handled. VPNWorth receives the payment result and transaction identifier needed to verify an order; payment account passwords are not required.
Data is processed only as necessary to deliver services, handle payments and provide technical support. When required by law to respond to a valid legal request, only information related to that request and actually held is disclosed. VPNWorth does not sell personal information or build advertising profiles from browsing activity.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is used to provide services while the account remains active. Order and support records are retained for as long as needed for settlement, refunds, dispute handling and applicable legal requirements. Website analytics are kept only as needed for analysis and maintenance, then deleted or de-identified once their purpose has been met. Identifiable information is not retained indefinitely.
To access, correct or delete account-related data, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the support ticket portal. Account control will be verified before processing; you do not need to provide your password in a ticket. Deleting an account may make subscriptions and historical records unavailable. Information that must be retained by law or for an unresolved dispute will be restricted to that purpose and cleared when the retention basis ends.
Policy Updates and Privacy Questions
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the update month shown at the top will be revised. If there are significant changes to processing purposes, data categories or user rights, notice will be provided through the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, it will be handled accordingly.
If you have questions about this policy or data processing, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Subscription, payment and refund rules are described in the Terms of Service. This policy does not replace the privacy notices of third-party payment providers.
